About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and high-integrity HR Specialist to join our team. This role is central to managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, while ensuring that all HR practices remain fully aligned with the company’s mentality, culture, and policies. The HR Specialist will act as both an operational partner and a cultural ambassador, safeguarding our values and fostering a positive and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with company values and mentality.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure all HR databases are updated in line with policies.

  • Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance consistent with organizational culture.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal standards.

  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and performance management processes.

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that reinforce employee engagement and company culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Specialist.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages considered an asset.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and high integrity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications considered an asset).
